Cancellations are accepted prior to dispatch.
Please contact us if you need to return an item.
All items need to be returned within 7 days of receipt. Ensure items are in original packaging. Items must be of original status ie: unused and unfitted. P&P costs are at the customer's expense. An administration/restocking fee of 20% + Vat is applicable - this will be shown on your return's Invoice. Please note this Policy does not include items that have been custom made i.e. oversized, undersized, extra ventilation holes or specifically made for your requirements or are not standard clear 4mm polycarbonate or windows as the original glass windows of that make and model, these do not require us to give a refund or exchange unless faulty. It is at the discretion of either Directors to give a refund or exchange, subject to a fee, taking into account the time to manufacture your item and the amount of Polycarbonate used, this fee in general is 50% of the custom made item.
Cancellation of Orders & Re-Stocking Fees
Orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of us receiving them incur no Administration charge and will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after 48 hours and up to one week before notified dispatch date will incur a re-stocking fee of 20% for flat windows and 40% for Thermoformed windows. Orders that have a dispatch notification of less than one week will incur a 30% re-stocking fee for flat windows and a 50% re-stocking fee for Thermoformed windows. The re-stocking fees are to cover the cost of the polycarbonate used and the time taken to manufacture your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Quality control is of the up-most importance at ACW Motorsport Plastics Ltd, we endeavour to only send out items that have been checked for faults whilst being manufactured. In the event that an item has been sent out to a customer with a fault, then we will exchange with no additional cost to the customer on receipt of the item/s returned to us within 7 days of receipt and in original packaging.
Wrongly sent Items
If the item you receive is different from the item you ordered on your invoice then we will refund or exchange with no cost to you as long as it's within 7 days of receipt and the item/s are retuned to us unused/unfitted in there original packaging.
